Welcome to Galore. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and purchasing any gift cards. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Galore Ltd, trading as Galore Rewards (“Galore”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Galore Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16572999.
Registered office: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Our Service

Galore provides access to third-party branded digital gift cards at discounted prices. Each gift card is issued and controlled by the relevant retailer or brand and is subject to that brand’s own terms and conditions. We do not issue or control the terms of these cards.

All brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Gift cards are issued by the relevant brand and sold by us as an independent reseller.

All gift cards are delivered digitally by email, typically within 3 hours of successful payment but in some cases within up to 48 hours, depending on verification, security checks, or supplier availability.

3. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Be resident or located in the United Kingdom; and
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, chargeback, or breach of these Terms.

4. Digital Delivery, Cooling-Off and Redemption

Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Once a gift card has been delivered, it becomes your responsibility to store and safeguard it securely. Treat digital cards like cash — we are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised use once delivery is confirmed.

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, if you choose to have your card delivered before the 14 days expire (by proceeding with checkout and not requesting a delay), you consent to early fulfilment. Once we start processing your order, you may lose your right to cancel if delivery is completed within that period.

Each gift card is governed by the retailer’s own terms, including usage limits, redemption channels, and expiry dates. Please check these before use.

5. Refund and Replacement Policy

All sales are final once delivery has occurred. Because our products are digital and supplied electronically, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is confirmed, except as required by law.

If you believe your code is invalid or not received, contact us at support@galorerewards.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate with our supplier or the issuing brand. If the brand confirms the code has not been redeemed, we may re-issue or credit your order. Cash refunds are not guaranteed and depend on brand approval.

If a payment is reversed or found fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel or deactivate the corresponding gift card and recover the value from you.

6. Pricing, Availability and Errors

All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. While we take care to ensure accuracy, in the event of a pricing or product error we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7. Personal Use, Limits and Fair Usage

Galore is for personal consumer use only. You agree not to use the platform for resale, bulk purchasing, or any commercial or business purpose.

We may limit the number or total value of gift cards per customer, brand, or period. Automated activity, bots, VPN masking, or multiple accounts created to bypass limits are prohibited. Breach of this clause may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

8. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@galorerewards.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Retailer Terms and Responsibilities

Gift cards purchased through Galore remain subject to the issuing retailer’s own terms, including any restrictions, exclusions, or expiry policies. Retailers may change or withdraw participation without notice. We are not responsible for:

  • A retailer’s refusal to redeem a card;
  • Changes to a retailer’s programme or store acceptance; or
  • Expiry or deactivation governed by the retailer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits or data;
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or email services; and
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected gift card.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

11. Service Changes and Force Majeure

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, supplier issues, or force-majeure circumstances.
