How it works

  1. After your first completed Galore order, we email you a personal referral link.
  2. Share your link with a friend who has not shopped with Galore before.
  3. Your friend places their first order of £50 or more using your link, in the same browser and on the same device they opened it on.
  4. Once their order is paid, verified and delivered, normally within 7 days, you both receive a £1 Galore Bonus coupon by email.

Who counts as a new customer?

Someone who has never completed an order at galorerewards.com. If your friend has bought from us before, the referral will not qualify.

When do we get our coupons?

Rewards are normally confirmed within 7 days of your friend's order being paid, verified and delivered. Both of you receive your own coupon code by email.

How do I use my £1 Bonus coupon?

Enter the code at checkout on an order of £50 or more. Each coupon can be used once, only by the account it was issued to, cannot be combined with other discounts, and expires 60 days after it is issued. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Does my friend's order total include discounts?

The £50 minimum is measured after any discounts are applied, and after any refunds or cancellations. An order that drops below £50 will not qualify.

Does it matter which device my friend uses?

Yes. The referral is remembered by the browser your friend opened the link in, so they should place their order in that same browser on that same device. If they click the link on their phone but order on a laptop, or check out in a different app, the referral may not track. The simplest approach is to open the link and order on one device. If your friend switches devices, they can just open your link again on the new one before ordering.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

No. There is no cap on the number of friends you can refer or the rewards you can earn. The only limit is that each person can only be referred once.

Why didn't my referral qualify?

Referrals must meet all of the programme requirements above. If a referral does not qualify, no reward is issued for it, but your referral link stays active and future referrals are unaffected. For privacy and security reasons we cannot share details about a specific referral.

What happens if the qualifying order is refunded?

If your friend's qualifying order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, any unused coupons from that referral are withdrawn.

Can I post my link publicly?

You are welcome to share your link personally with friends and family. Please don't send unsolicited messages: that is against the programme terms and UK marketing rules.

Referral programme terms

  1. Eligibility. The programme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over with a Galore customer account created by purchase. To refer, you must have completed at least one genuine, paid and delivered Galore order.
  2. Qualifying purchase. The referred friend must be a new Galore customer, must use the referral link, and must complete a first order totalling £50 or more after discounts, refunds and cancellations, which is paid, verified and delivered.
  3. Rewards and limits. Rewards are normally confirmed within 7 days of the qualifying order completing. One referral reward per referred person, ever. There is no limit on the number of friends a referrer can refer.
  4. Coupons. Each reward is a £1 Galore Bonus coupon: single-use, issued to a named customer, redeemable only on an order of £50 or more, expiring 60 days after issue, not combinable with other discounts, with no cash value and no right of transfer or exchange.
  5. Prohibited activity. Self-referral, duplicate or fabricated identities, use of associated payment methods, automation, resale of links or codes, unsolicited messaging, and any other abuse are prohibited. Galore may withhold, decline or revoke rewards where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
  6. Changes and reversals. If a qualifying order is refunded, cancelled, or subject to a chargeback, associated unused rewards are void. Galore Ltd may amend, suspend or end the programme at any time; rewards already validly earned are unaffected except as these terms allow. These terms are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
