Welcome to Galore. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and purchasing any gift cards. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.


1. Who We Are

Galore is a UK-based platform that offers digital gift cards at discounted prices. Our service allows you to purchase digital gift cards for a wide range of popular retailers.


2. Our Service

Galore provides access to third-party branded digital gift cards. These cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand or retailer. We do not issue these gift cards ourselves.

All gift cards are delivered digitally. You will receive your purchased card(s) via email, typically within 3 hours of successful payment, but please allow up to 24 hours in some cases due to verification or stock delays.


3. Eligibility

To use Galore, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be located in the UK.
  • Provide accurate and current information when making a purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.


4. Digital Delivery and Redemption

Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Once delivered, it is your responsibility to store the gift card details securely.

Each gift card is subject to the retailer's terms, including usage limits, expiry dates, and redemption methods. Please check the retailer’s conditions before using the gift card.


5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
As our gift cards are digital items delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. This includes accidental purchases, incorrect selections, or change of mind.

If you believe your code is invalid or not working, please contact us at support@galorerewards.com within 48 hours of purchase so we can investigate.


6. Pricing and Availability

All offers, discounts, and pricing on our site are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure all product information is accurate. If a pricing or availability error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


7. No Loyalty or Cashback Points

Galore does not operate a loyalty, cashback, or points-based reward system. All benefits are included in the discounted price displayed at the time of purchase.


8. Your Account

If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@galorerewards.com if you suspect unauthorised access.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Delay in email delivery;
  • Errors in retailer redemption processes;
  • Retailer-specific terms or changes;
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected gift card.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at www.galorerewards.com. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
