Thank you for shopping with Galore Rewards (“Galore”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains when and how refunds or replacements may apply for digital gift card purchases made through www.galorerewards.com.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold on Galore Rewards are digital gift cards delivered electronically. Once issued, these products cannot be physically returned or revoked.
2. Delivery Time and Fulfilment
Gift cards are typically sent within 3 hours of successful payment, but delivery may take up to 48 hours during verification, fraud-prevention, or supplier delays. If you have not received your card after 48 hours, please contact support@galorerewards.com with your order number.
3. Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content that has not yet been delivered. If you wish to cancel before your card has been delivered, email support@galorerewards.com immediately with your order details.
Once we start processing your order or the card is delivered, you lose your right to cancel under those regulations because fulfilment of digital content has begun at your request.
4. Invalid or Undelivered Codes
If a code is invalid, missing, or unreadable, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will verify the issue with our supplier or the issuing brand. If the brand confirms that the code has not been redeemed, we will issue a replacement card or apply store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed and depend on brand approval.
5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Once a gift card has been delivered to your email address, it should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised use after delivery. We cannot reissue or refund cards that have already been redeemed or compromised.
6. Fraud, Chargebacks and Payment Issues
We may cancel or disable any issued gift cards if:
- A payment is later reversed (e.g., chargeback);
- Fraud or misuse is suspected; or
- Incorrect information was supplied at checkout.
We reserve the right to recover any outstanding value owed to us in such circumstances.
7. Brand Terms and Conditions
Each gift card is governed by the issuing retailer’s own terms, including redemption rules, expiry dates, and eligible locations. Refunds or exchanges are subject to the retailer’s verification process and may be refused if the brand terms prohibit them.
