Check your Odeon gift card balance
Odeon's balance checker lives on its gift shop page rather than a separate address, so it can take a moment to find. Here is exactly where it is.
Check online
- Open Odeon's gift shop page using the button on this page.
- Scroll to the section that says Already have a Gift card, near the bottom of the page, and select Check balance.
- Enter your card number, tick the captcha box and select Check balance.
The checker opens as a popup on that page. You will need your card number.
In cinema
Staff at any Odeon cinema can check the balance on your gift card at the counter.

Does an Odeon gift card expire?
Odeon says a gift card expires after 2 whole years of inactivity. Any use of the card restarts that period.
Where is the PIN on my Odeon gift card?
On physical cards the PIN is on the rear of the card underneath a scratch off panel.
