Check your JD Sports gift card balance
JD Sports has an official balance checker built into its gift card page. Here is how to use it, plus the other ways to check.
Check online in seconds
- Find your gift card number and PIN. For an eGift Card both are in your delivery email, and on a physical card they are printed on the back.
- Open the JD Sports gift card page using the button on this page. The balance checker sits partway down that page under Check your balance.
- Enter the card number with no spaces or dashes, add the PIN, then select Check Balance.
The checker is on the gift card page itself, under the heading Check your balance.
At checkout
You can also apply the card at the JD Sports checkout, where the amount used and anything left over are shown on the order summary.

Does a JD Sports gift card expire?
JD says you get 24 months to use an eGift Card, and any balance not used within that period expires. Check the terms supplied with your card for the exact date that applies to it.
Where do I find my gift card number and PIN?
For an eGift Card, the number and PIN are in the email you received when the card was delivered. On a physical card they are printed on the back. Enter the number with no spaces or dashes.
