Iceland does not have a public online balance checker for gift cards, but checking is still quick. Here are the ways that work.
At the till
Ask a member of staff at the till in any Iceland or The Food Warehouse store. They can check the remaining balance on your gift card for you.
By phone

Can I check my Iceland gift card balance online?
Iceland does not offer a public online balance checker for gift cards. The reliable ways to check are at the till in any Iceland or The Food Warehouse store, or by calling customer care on 0800 328 0800.
Is the Iceland Bonus Card the same as a gift card?
No. The Bonus Card is Iceland's savings and rewards scheme, and it has its own account site where you can sign in to see your savings balance. Gift cards are separate. If you are looking for your Bonus Card balance, sign in at mybonuscard.iceland.co.uk.
Where can I spend an Iceland gift card?
