- Find your 20 digit gift card number. It is printed on the back of a physical card, or included in your eGift email.
- Open Costa's official balance checker using the button on this page.
- Enter the number and select Check balance to see what is left.

Does a Costa gift card expire?
Costa says the balance on a gift card or eGift expires if it is not used for 12 consecutive months. Using it at least once a year keeps it active.
Where do I find my gift card number?
On a physical card the number is printed on the back. For an eGift, the number is in the email you received when the card was delivered.
Can I pay with a gift card and another payment method together?
Yes. Costa treats the gift card as a payment method, so you can combine it with cash or a bank card at the till.
