Asda has an official online balance checker for its own gift cards. Here is how to use it, plus the other ways to check.

- Find your gift card number and PIN. On a physical card both are printed on the back, and for an eGift they are in your delivery email.

- Enter the details to see the remaining balance. The checker works for Asda branded gift cards only.

You can register a gift card to an account on the Asda Gift Cards site, which keeps the balance visible without re-entering the number each time.

Does an Asda gift card expire?
Asda gift cards carry a 2 year expiry. Check the terms supplied with your card for the exact date that applies to it.
Where do I find my gift card number and PIN?
On a physical card the number and PIN are printed on the back. For an eGift, both are in the email you received when the card was delivered.
Can I check a non Asda gift card here?
No. The Asda balance checker covers Asda branded gift cards only. For any other card, follow the instructions printed on the back of that card.
