- Find your gift card number and PIN. On a physical card both are printed on the back, and for an eGift they are in your delivery email.
- Open the official adidas gift card balance check using the button on this page.
- Enter the card number and PIN, then select Check your balance.

Ask at the till in an adidas store and a member of the team can check the remaining balance for you.

Does an adidas gift card expire?
adidas gift cards carry a 3 year expiry. Check the terms supplied with your card for the exact date that applies to it.
Where do I find my gift card number and PIN?
On a physical card the number and PIN are printed on the back. For an eGift, both are in the email you received when the card was delivered.
